  1. i own the idea from strategy through execution. if the brief is broken, we fix the brief. if the edit is weak, we stay in the bay.
  2. i protect the intent across teams. great work dies by a thousand small cuts. my job is to make sure collaboration improves the idea instead of sanding it down.
  3. i build systems that outlast a single campaign. a cool stunt is nice. an engine that consistently generates cool stunts is a business multiplier.
  4. i don't just manage people. i build the family tree.

Consistency, levity, accountability and fun: that is how I try to lead in every facet of my life. My little family is my world. I have a million hobbies. My dream is to buy our old flat in London and split time between there and a senior dog rescue farm in central Texas.
I am a brand marketer, tinkerer, leader and thinker-er. I am motivated by learning. I believe impactful leadership begins and ends with accountability. I love to be challenged creatively.
